Registering for healthy cookware

Today, Vince and I spent an hour in Bed Bath and Beyond where we briefly looked at different cooking items to add to our registry. We will be going back to look at bedding and other stuff, but today was fun because we got to pick out pots and pans, and knives, and other stuff. It got me to thinking what different things we could use to help us cook and prepare healthier, more veggie-dense foods. Stuff like a VitaMix blender, or a sturdy pot to cook vegetables in. Fun times. 🙂

For lunch, I had a big salad with lots of veggies in it, including radishes and carrots, yum. Now I am working on my thesis, but later on I plan on doing an insanity workout to get my cardio in for the day. I totally forgot to go swimming this morning, so I will have to plan on trying to sometime during the next week. What do you do to get your body moving? Even if it’s simply walking the dog, movement of some sort is good for you, every day! 🙂 Exercise is good for not only your body, but also your mind!
