So I decided to give this Zuzka Light chick a try, and went with her #37 12 minute challenge workout called Just Add Water! It is 6 rounds of 30 seconds of Santana Push Ups, 30 seconds of Side Hops, 30 seconds of Santana Push Ups, and 30 seconds of Squat Jumps. It was a great workout and got my cardio and strength training in one. This chick is crazy but super sexy and super muscular, so I think I will definitely be checking out more of her videos in the future. 🙂
