Changing up my workout routine

To change up my routine and strengthen my core and legs, I went swimming this morning at the chicago park district. Free indoor pool that is right down the street from me, can’t beat that! I swam 8 pool lengths and was beat after. I’m still new at this and am considering taking lessons, which are super cheap through the park district, like 28 bucks for 12 weeks of class meets once a week, anyone interested? πŸ™‚
